Patchlab is the custom patch arm of LOSTGEAR, focused on making small runs, team batches, and scannable patch products feel easy to configure and trustworthy to order.
We built Patchlab for customers who want something more specific than a generic embroidered name tag. The goal is a cleaner configurator, better batch handling, and a more precise ordering experience for modern 3D-printed patches.
The format is made for individual callsigns, QR-linked gear identification, team sets, and logo-supported patch programs. Everything is designed around compact physical constraints, clear typography, and production-ready layouts.
